Lola Deling's Traditions Atchara

My mom and her "Kumare" Aunt Reby loves to make atchara ever since I was a kid.  No wonder I became accustomed having them at all times during our luncheon and family dinners.

You can imagine my happiness when I received a jar of my all-time favorite "Atchara" during the New Year's Party of #UnitedBloggersPhilippines the other day.

When I arrived home, my brother yummytales immediately ate the atchara together with our ulam, yummy chowking fried chicken.  He also ate it as dessert.  Ha ha ha!  He loves it very much.

Lola Deling's Tradition Atchara is so yummy that you would want to have more.  Its primary ingredients are the following:

  • green papaya
  • carrots
  • pineapple
  • raisins
  • red bell pepper
  • ginger

  • and my favorite chili!

Green Papayas are rich in vitamins, enzymes and phytonutrients. Raw green papayas contains essential nutrients and minerals like magnesium, potassium and vitamins A, C, B and E.
