COSMETOLOGIE 2016: 'Everyone deserves to be beautiful!
The Philippine International Cosmetologists Association (PICA) is the country's biggest organization of hair and make-up professionals with chapters all over the country and also the only organization that is accredited by TESDA to certify professional stylists.
As a service to the beauty industry, the newly elected president of PICA will continue to undertake its annual event, the much-awaited biggest gathering of suppliers, stylists, salon owners and beauty enthusiasts aptly called COSMETOLOGIE 2016 on February 16, 2016 from 9 in the morning up to 7 in the evening at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia.
