I have a layered frizzy hair with damage problems. My hair is thick and brown in color with red, white and black strands. The frizzy hair is mainly due to the use and abuse that my hair got from various hair color and rebond treatment performed on my hair last year. Gagastos ka ngayon ng pagkalaki laki sa pag papa treatment sa buhok mo. (You thought you save money but it turns out that your hair will become frizzy and damaged for a long time. So, what you saved is really useless. You will need to spend a lot for further hair treatment.)
Imagine how sad I was when the team assessed the current condition of my hair. After washing my hair, they performed a strand test and my hair instantly reacted and became rubbery. Yes, in less than 60 seconds.
They also performed a knot test.
Then after a while....Ta dannnnn..... Voila!

They then proceeded with the rebonding process by applying moisturizer and other treatments every now and then to ensure that my hair won't break.

I think it is okay to re-apply as long as you use a good kind of plantsa!
