SIMPLE RULES IN MAINTAINING A GOOD FEMININE HYGIENE

1. Always use a good quantity product like Priva feminine hygiene wash, apply on the vagina and wash it with lukewarm water.
2. Wash your genitals with water from the pubis to the direction of anus in order to prevent infection of vagina with microbes from anus.
3. Use a clean towel to dry. Make sure towels are not shared. Proper hygiene dictates that each member of the family should use a separate towel.
4. In normal days, wash with Priva feminine wash at least for 2 to 3 times a day.  
5. During menstruation, use it at least 4-5 times a day.
6. Use Priva Feminine Hygiene wash before and after sexual act.

It is definitely the best Intimate wash I've tried and I am so glad that I found this product.
