Supermarket! That’s right – Citi’s latest contactless payment
technology is now available at one of the country’s leading
supermarket chains, allowing Citi customers to pay for their
purchases with just a quick ‘wave’ of their card at the terminal.
No
more long queues or fumbling for cash bills and coins, especially
when you’re just paying for a dozen eggs, a loaf of bread or a few
grocery items. With Citi Visa payWave, cardholders can just tap their
credit cards at the contactless symbols located at payment stations
and go. And for transactions under P2,000, cardholders won’t even
have to sign the receipt.
